Bob's in Space

Sandy MagnusCommander Mike FinckeAs a follow-up to our NASA program in November, Bob interviewed Sandy Magnus and Mike Fincke while they orbited the Earth aboard the International Space Station. Magnus will return to Earth next Saturday aboard Space Shuttle Discovery, which is currently docked with the station. Her stay in space began with the night launch on November 14, 2008, of the Space Shuttle Endeavour. Fincke is scheduled to end his six months in orbit when he returns to Kazakhstan on April 7 aboard a Russian Soyuz capsule. I had planned to end our original Space Shuttle show with an interview from space, but January was the earliest slot we could schedule for the interview.
